December 2011 - Capita Symonds
ETS have been engaged to undertake a review of the electricity invoices and service arrangements at a Sainsbury’s store, with a view to providing a robust and effective re-charge mechanism for tenant services. As part of our work, we undertook an in depth electrical survey, advised on billing, metering and provided a full re-charge mechanism. Following on with our success at Maidenhead, Capita Symonds asked ETS to undertake a similar exercise at other Sainsbury’s stores. The objective is to advise on a suitable re-charge mechanism in order distribute costs fairly and correctly for common services shared by two organisations, Sainsbury’s as the Landlord and Marks & Spencer, as the Tenant. ETS undertook an in depth service review and arrangements and have advised on metering and apportionment strategies to provide fair methodology for re-charge.
